DiploInCyber

DiploInCyber is the section of CCSIRS entirely dedicated to diplomatic initiatives launched to govern (or at least attempt to govern) the dynamics of cyberspace. Essentially, the idea is to report the various initiatives undertaken at international, regional, multilateral, intergovernmental and bilateral levels by state and non-state actors, with the ultimate aim of "mapping" the activities undertaken by cyber diplomacy in the digital arena. In alignment with the topic, the methodology will remain mainly qualitative, with a primary source-based approach to analysis. DiploInCyber will trace the various initiatives in place according to the "track diplomacy" model and will therefore contextualise cybersecurity within today's international relations.
