Policy papers are critical analysis of a relevant social and/or political issue or situation, aimed to inform and provide recommendations for policy and decision makers, as ell as other non academic political body (Agency, Organization, etc). They are structured to deliver a comprehensive assessment of the context and relevance of the issue and the analysis is used as a framework to propose recommendations.
